Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service outline the key policies governing the processing, fulfillment, and management of orders placed through Airsoft Sightline. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Order Processing and Delivery: If your order contains pre-order, backordered, or temporarily unavailable items, our customer support team will contact you via the email address you provided at checkout with further instructions. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail delivery service by default. If you require special packaging or would prefer a different shipping provider, please contact us at: contact.airsoftsightline@gmail.com.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Orders that are still in processing may be modified or cancelled. Please email us immediately at contact.airsoftsightline@gmail.com with your Order ID. Our customer support team will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes will be processed in time. And a 5% cancellation fee may be applied to all cancelled orders. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customs Duties and Taxes: You are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or complying with local government documentation requirements in your delivery jurisdiction. If you refuse to pay the applicable duties and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee based on the order value. If the order is confiscated by customs due to non-compliance, Airsoft Sightline is not liable for any loss or compensation.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional service and support. We understand that not every product purchased from our website may be perfect for every customer. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with a product purchased through Airsoft Sightline, you may request a return and refund within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Our refund policy applies to the following situations:

  1.  rong item was sent: No restocking fee will be charged, and we will resend the correct item once the wrong item is accepted at post office. We will cover the return shipping and also refund 10% of your order total as compensation.

  2. Defective item was sent: No restocking fee will be charged, a replacement item will be shipped out to you at no additional cost.

  3.  The item was damaged during transit: No restocking fee will be charged. Please report the issue to us, and we will file a claim on your behalf. You must provide photo or video evidence showing the damage to the packaging and product. Without such documentation, your claim may not be accepted.

  4. You changed your mind: A restocking fee will be applied and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

 

The restocking fee is calculated as 10% of the total order value.

  • Return Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be in brand new condition, meaning:

  • No signs of use (even attempted use)

  • No signs of modification (even attempted modification)

  • All included accessories, product tags, factory stickers, and logos must be intact

  • The original factory packaging must be undamaged

Items that are returned with missing parts, modifications, and/or visible wear will not be eligible for a refund.


Airsoft Sightline reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility at our discretion.


Shipping costs for such ineligible items will not be covered, and we reserve the right to reclaim any refunded shipping fees.

Once the returned item is verified to meet the refund policy conditions, a refund will be issued to the customer.

Airsoft Sightline retains full discretion to evaluate the condition of returned items before approving any refund or exchange.
